A) Non-refundable prepaid reservations: the prepayment can NEVER be refunded, even in case of cancellation or no show.

B) Standard reservations: this rate can be cancellable without penalty up to 15 days before check-in (mid and high season) or up to 7 days before check-in (off-season).

1) For standard bookings by credit card - high season (IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION):
at the end of the free cancellation period, a pre-authorisation of 50% of the booking will be made on the card provided.
In case of cancellation made by the customer during the period between the 30th day and the day of arrival, or in case of no show, the customer will have to pay the total amount.

2) For standard bookings by credit card - mid and off-season (IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION):
at the end of the free cancellation period, a pre-authorisation of 30% of the booking will be made on the card provided.
In case of cancellation made by the customer during the period between the 7th day and the day of arrival, or in case of no-show, the customer will have to pay the total amount.

3) Standard bookings by bank transfer: in case of deposit payment by bank transfer, the amount of the deposit will be retained, regardless of the time of cancellation, with the possibility to get a refund voucher.
The reservation will not be confirmed until the bank transfer has been received and it will be kept for a maximum of 2 days from today's date. If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled.
